What Youll Do:

Lead projects from start to finish - scheduling, budgets, safety, and client relations.

Prepare accurate estimates using HCSS and manage bids, suppliers, and subcontractors.

Ensure projects stay on time, on budget, and exceed expectations.

What You Bring:

5+ years of project management & estimating in heavy civil.

Strong knowledge of excavation, paving, utilities, and sitework.

HCSS experience

Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
