Are you experienced in the fire sprinkler industry and ready to take the next step in your career? We’re a well-established fire sprinkler contractor seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Project Manager / Estimator to join our growing team.

Key Responsibilities:

• Conduct site visits and surveys to assess project needs and service requirements
• Prepare detailed and accurate estimates for installations and service work
• Handle material ordering and ensure timely deliveries
• Coordinate and confirm appointments with clients and subcontractors
• Serve as a point of contact for client communication and support
• Visit jobsite to verify production and allocate manpower accordingly
• Attend jobsite and coordination meeting
• Submit RFI's, communicate with AOR, EOR, and/or contractor as necessary
• Collaborate with team members to ensure projects are completed on time and within budget

Requirements:

• Fire sprinkler industry experience is REQUIRED
• Management or supervisory experience in a construction or service-based environment
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
• Ability to read plans, understand NFPA codes, and write professional estimates
• Self-starter who can work independently and as part of a team
• Proficient in basic office software (Outlook, Word, Excel); estimating software experience a plus
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record
