We are seeking a Project Manager/estimator to join our electrical contracting team! You will oversee our new office location in Cornelius, NC.

Responsibilities:

• Oversee all aspects of electical contracting from finding work to bid to actually project managing them as well
• Allocate resources for assigned projects
• Interface with project inspectors, contractors, architects, engineers, city and county officials, and clients
• Negotiate with suppliers to receive reasonable order costs
• Maintain high standards of workmanship that adhere to original plans and specifications

Qualifications:

• Previous experience in electrical contracting or other related fields
• Familiarity with estimating software is a plus but not required
• Strong leadership qualities
• Strong negotiation skills
• Deadline and detail-oriented
