Project Manager Estimator needs 5+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating.

Project Manager Estimator requires:

Bachelors degree in Construction Management or a related field.

5+ years of experience in project management and/or estimating.

Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and Excel; Foundation Software experience .

Strong understanding of job costing, P&L statements, receivables, and cashflow.

Excellent organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills.

Project Manager Estimator duties:

Manage all phases of construction projects from bidding through closeout.

Prepare and submit competitive bids and coordinate material takeoffs.

Oversee project budgets, schedules, RFIs, and overall performance.

Ensure projects are completed on time and under budget using strong financial oversight.

Embrace feedback, adapt to change, and support continuous improvement.
