Project Manager - Entry Level/Assistant Project Manager
Job DescriptionJob Description
· Review and be totally familiar with contracts and documents
· Assist in creating schedules (Project/Primavera)
· Assist with schedules of value and writing sub-contracts
· Assist in scheduling work activity including sub-contractors
· Review/log shop drawings, submittals, and approvals
· Make job-site visits
· Attend coordination meetings with trades crucial to the current phase of the job
· Assist in material procurement and delivery
· Prepare preliminary pay applications
· Review sub-contractor/vendor requests for payment/invoices
· Assist with paperwork for change orders
· Represent Blair Construction owner/architect meetings when possible
· Monitor the safety of job-site and implement any necessary corrective action
· Advance your project management experience and skill set to obtain more responsibility
