QuaverEd seeks a dynamic and capable Project Manager for Production. We are looking for a highly motivated individual to join our team and assist the Managing Director of Production in managing all aspects of our Production Units, including Art, Audio, Video Production, and Video Post. This is a hands-on role that requires excellent leadership, communication, and organizational skills, as well as the ability to identify and address challenges proactively. Position reports to the Managing Director of Production.


Responsibilities:


  • Work alongside the Managing Director of Production to ensure the success of each team and project while fostering collaboration, communication, and efficiency.
  • Streamline and improve complex production processes and create automations in workflows by documenting project protocols and identifying opportunities for process enhancements.
  • Generate and communicate project progress reports to stakeholders, ensuring transparency and alignment.
  • Coordinate the workflow of tasks and resources to maintain effective production efforts across teams (Content, Marketing, and Development) departments to establish clear expectations and facilitate seamless collaboration.
  • Provide mentorship and coaching to team members, fostering their professional growth and development.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
  • Certified Scrum Master and/or Agile Project Management
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to build strong relationships across teams.
  • Proficiency in project management tools such as Asana, Slack, Zapier, and G-Suite.
  • Strong organizational skills, with the ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines concurrently.
  • Detail-oriented and adaptable to various tools and processes.
  • Technical skills in art, audio, or video production are a plus.
  • 3+ years of experience in project management, in the entertainment industry is a plus.

The Project Manager role is not a remote work position. All employees must live within commuting distance of Music Row in Nashville. We are currently requiring all team members to work at minimum 3 days a week in the office on the QuaverEd campus. This requirement is subject to change at the discretion of the team member's Supervisor and company policies.
