Job Title: Project Manager Type: Permanent Location: Reading Start Date: April 2026 Salary: £75,000 - £85,000 DOE Company Overview: 4Site Recruitment are working with a well-established Tier 1 main contractor specialising in delivering high-end residential and heritage projects across London and the South of England, with a strong reputation for quality and successful delivery of complex schemes. Role Overview: An experienced Project Manager is required to lead high-value residential construction projects (£6m–£12m) from pre-construction through to completion, ensuring successful delivery across programme, budget, quality, and safety. Key Responsibilities Lead end-to-end project delivery, ensuring programme, cost, quality, and safety targets are achieved Coordinate and manage multidisciplinary teams including site teams, subcontractors, and consultants Develop and maintain project programmes, monitoring progress and critical path performance Oversee site operations, ensuring efficient sequencing, logistics, and resource management Ensure strict adherence to health, safety, and environmental standards, with proactive risk management Manage quality assurance to ensure all works meet required specifications and standards Oversee commercial functions including procurement, subcontractor management, valuations, cost control, and contract administration Maintain strong communication with clients, stakeholders, and internal teams Identify project risks and implement effective mitigation strategies Requirements Proven experience delivering high-end construction projects valued £6m–£12m Strong technical knowledge across construction disciplines Demonstrable leadership and team management experience Excellent planning and programme management skills (Powerproject or similar) Strong understanding of SHE regulations, contractual frameworks, and pre-construction processes Commercial awareness with experience managing budgets and procurement Essential Qualifications SMSTS First Aid Interview Process Two-stage interview process How to Apply Please email your CV to .
