The Senior Project Manager Engineering oversees client-facing engineering projects and/or permit drawings for multi-state locations within the US. This work demands a strategic focus while leading engineering activities with our India cross-functional team. This role demands effective schedule coordination, process improvements, and clear reporting to ensure project success while maintaining minimal travel commitments. We are a small US team with an international presence and this manager will work primarily with direct reports, balancing leadership responsibilities.

Responsibilities

• Lead engineering and cross-functional teams to deliver project goals
• Coordinate schedules and resources to meet client-facing project timelines
• Drive process improvements to enhance project efficiency
• Prepare and communicate project status reports to stakeholders
• Work with team to create SOP's and Training Material for easy scaling

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in engineering project management
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related field such as business management or project management
• Strong project management skills
• Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
• Proficiency with AutoCAD
• Not required but , proficiency with Plex Earth (autoCAD add on)
• Not required but , proficiency with Spacial Manager
