Role Summary
We are seeking a dynamic Project Manager Engineer to lead complex engineering projects from conception to completion, ensuring technical feasibility, budget adherence, and timely delivery while coordinating cross-functional teams and stakeholders for successful project outcomes.
Key Responsibilities
- Project Planning & Execution: Develop detailed project plans, scopes, timelines, budgets, and resource allocation for engineering projects.
- Team Leadership: Coordinate and manage project teams (internal engineers, external contractors, vendors), fostering collaboration and ensuring adherence to project goals.
- Budget & Cost Control: Monitor project expenses, manage budgets, track costs, and ensure profitability.
- Quality & Compliance: Ensure all deliverables meet strict quality standards, company policies, and relevant codes/regulations.
- Risk Management: Identify, assess, and mitigate project risks to minimize impact.
- Stakeholder Communication: Act as the primary liaison, providing regular progress reports, proposals, and documentation to clients and senior management.
- Technical Oversight: Provide technical guidance, review engineering deliverables, and ensure effective interdisciplinary coordination.
- Process Improvement: Implement best practices, mentor team members, and drive continuous improvement in engineering workflows.
Qualifications & Skills
- Education: Bachelor's degree in an engineering discipline (Mechanical, Civil, Electrical, etc.); advanced degree .
- Experience: Proven experience in project management and engineering roles, managing technical projects.
- Technical Acumen: Broad understanding of various engineering disciplines.
- Leadership: Strong leadership, organizational, and team-building skills.
- Communication: Excellent written and verbal communication skills for technical and non-technical audiences.
- Problem-Solving: Exceptional critical thinking and problem-solving abilities.
Tools: Proficiency with project management software and engineering tools.
