2 Year Contract Assignment

Monday - Friday

Hours: minimum 45 hours per week, to be able to support this type of project.

RESPONSIBILITIES:

• Lead end‐to‐end project delivery for the design, construction, and commissioning of a large‐scale animal vaccine manufacturing facility
• Manage capital project budget, schedule, and resources to ensure on‐time and on‐budget execution
• Coordinate cross‐functional teams including engineering, operations, quality, validation, and regulatory affairs
• Serve as primary interface with architects, EPC firms, contractors, and equipment suppliers
• Establish and maintain project governance, reporting, and risk management frameworks
• Proven understanding of the capital project lifecycle and FEL process.
• Proven ability to influence decision making with executive level stakeholders.
• Proven exceptional social and diplomacy skills
• Proven ability to lead and manage a team across a multi-departmental project with direct and indirect management of functional resources
• Excellent communication and organization skills, with an analytical and problem-solving mindset.
• Documented success with leading capital projects in excess of (USD)100MM.
• Proven ability to operate under high-pressure in a timeline constrained environment.

SKILLS:

Experience managing large capital projects, including new buildings or building expansions, preferably within pharma or bio industry.

EDUCATION:

Bachelor’s degree in an engineering/construction field (Mechanical, Chemical, Biomedical ) or equivalent experience.
