Project Manager – Mechanical and/or Electrical - near Bradford - West Yorkshire - Permanent Role.\n\nWorking for a prestigious, highly successful and award-winning building services company, this superb opportunity offers the following:\n\n * Upto - £60,000 (dependent on experience)\n\n * Company car/car allowance\n\n * 24 days paid holiday (plus 8 bank hols)\n\n * Free gym\n\n * Fantastic working environment\n\n * Monday to Friday\n\n * Bradford\n\nJob Role:\n\nProject Management of commercial mechanical and/or electrical refit, installation, and refurbishment projects of minimum £100k value covering:\n\n * HVAC and heat recovery installation\n\n * Plumbing and above ground drainage\n\n * LV Distribution\n\n * Electrical and power installations\n\n * Lighting\n\n * Containment\n\nAll Applicants must have the following:\n\n * HNC or HND in Building Services\n\n * A full Uk driving licence\n\n * Proven experience in commercial Mechanical and/or electrical projects and project management (minimum £100K project value)\n\n * Experience managing subcontractors and multi-disciplinary teams\n\n * Awareness of estimating, purchasing, technical, and commercial processes\n\n * Bradford area.\n\nUpto £60k (DOE), plus company car/car allowance, permanent role\n\nIncredible opportunity for an experienced mechanical/electrical project manager with HNC or HND in Building Services, a full UK driving licence and living in areas such as Bradford, Batley, Pudsey, Gomersal, Halifax, Leeda and the surrounding areas to Bradford in West Yorkshire
