\n\nYour Role\n

We are on the lookout for an experienced Project Manager to join our Organic Growth team. In this pivotal role, you will help us develop new schools that provide outstanding education to our people. \n\nKey Responsibilities\n

    \n
  • Proactively identify potential new sites for school development.
  • \n

  • Manage the establishment of new schools from purchase through to opening.
  • \n

  • Support the production and monitoring of planning applications.
  • \n

  • Ensure all construction and refurbishments comply with the Building Safety Act.
  • \n

  • Manage projects to agreed timeframes and budgets.
  • \n

  • Build and establish a suitable contractor base to minimize project downtime.
  • \n

  • Assess and procure all required works, ensuring compliance with Health and Safety regulations.
  • \n

  • Collaborate with education specialists to ensure regulatory compliance (Ofsted, LA, etc.).
  • \n

  • Work alongside our Estates Team to develop site maintenance schedules.
  • \n

  • Engage with our Commercial team to build relationships with LA commissioning teams.
  • \n

  • Coordinate with central functions to ensure resources are in place and marketing is informed.
  • \n

  • Develop and maintain project plans and reporting documentation for successful project delivery.
  • \n

\n\nAbout You\n

    \n
  • Post-Project Management qualification experience (all levels considered).
  • \n

  • Up-to-date knowledge of RICS requirements and relevant legislation.
  • \n

  • Strong leadership, communication, and influencing skills.
  • \n

  • Ability to think strategically and creatively under pressure.
  • \n

  • Highly organized with excellent problem-solving abilities.
  • \n

  • Confident in working independently and collaboratively with stakeholders.
  • \n

  • Experience in managing and delivering projects within budget.
  • \n

  • Possess a full valid driving license.
  • \n
