The opportunity We are looking for an experienced Project Manager to deliver building services projects across London. You will lead projects from opportunity identification and planning through to completion, managing M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy-related works safely, on time and within budget. This is a client-facing role with responsibility for commercial performance, risk, subcontractors and stakeholder relationships. What you’ll do * Lead building services projects from initial opportunity and scope development through delivery, handover and completion. * Deliver M&E, fit-out, asset replacement and energy projects safely, on time, within budget and to the agreed quality. * Own project programmes, financial plans, revenue, profit, cash flow, invoicing and cost control. * Identify and manage technical, statutory, health and safety, operational and commercial risks. * Build trusted relationships with clients, operational teams, subcontractors and suppliers. * Procure and manage subcontractor services to achieve competitive, high-quality solutions while controlling risk. * Maintain project controls and ensure compliance with contractual commitments, legislation, company policies and client procedures. * Identify opportunities to grow project revenue and profitability, and support bids, presentations and client consultation meetings. * Promote CBRE’s core values and consistently maintain safe, healthy working conditions across company and subcontractor activities. What you’ll need * A qualification in project management, building services or an equivalent discipline. * Proven project management experience within facilities management, including fit-out, M&E, asset replacement or energy projects. * A sound understanding of mechanical, electrical, plumbing, IT and security installations. * Strong client-facing, stakeholder management and communication skills. * Commercial awareness, with experience managing budgets, project costs, risk and subcontractors. * A structured and analytical approach, with good judgement, initiative and the ability to prioritise competing work. * Confidence working under pressure and taking ownership of project outcomes. * Proficiency in Microsoft Project, PowerPoint, Excel and Word.
