You will need to work efficiently and flexibly to lead and coordinate projects from initiation through to completion.
The objective of this role is to ensure that all projects are delivered safely on time, within budget and to the required quality standards. The Project Manager role is responsible for estimating, planning, scheduling, budgeting and liaising with clients and subcontractors.\n \nDuties will include but not limited to:\n\nPlan, execute and manage projects end to end\nManage multiple projects simultaneously, balancing priorities, resources, and timelines effectively\nAllocating jobs to in-house team, attending monthly toolbox talks, reviewing job sheets\nCommunicating with a client, direct for individual requests largely email or on client systems\nConduct site visits, monitor progress, and ensure quality and safety compliance\nTender package submissions\nCoordinate subcontractors, suppliers, and internal resources\nDelivering at a fast and efficient turn-around time all client or business requirements working within the demand timelines of the client\nProvide strategic oversight, leadership, and coordination across all assigned projects.\nEstablish and maintain project documentation, including project plans, risk assessments, and progress reports\nMonitor project performance and take corrective actions as necessary to keep projects on track and within budget\nIdentify, assess, and manage risks, issues, and dependencies across multiple projects, providing timely and effective solutions\n \nRequired qualifications and experience:\n\n5+ years of experience in engineering or project management in the fabric maintenance industry\nKnowledge of relevant construction methods\nAbility to multitask and stay organised. \nAbility to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.\nStrong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills\nBeing through and process driven \nExperience on delivering large scale projects\nProficiency in Microsoft office suite\nProfessional email etiquette\nStrong focus on quality, health and safety, and service delivery\n \nJob type: Permanent and Full Time\nDate: May 2026\nSalary: £47,000 - £55,000 per annum\n+ Bonus if all targets and KPI's are met\n+ Company Benefits\n \nThe Company reserves the right to vary or amend the duties and responsibilities of the post holder at any time according to the needs of the Company’s business.\n \nREF-(Apply online only)
