Fire & Security Project Manager\n London and Home Counties\n £45,000 - £60,000 basic + Company Vehicle + Benefits\n\nWe’re recruiting for an experienced Fire & Security Project Manager to join a growing and well-established business delivering high-quality fire and electronic security solutions across commercial and industrial projects.\n\nThis is an excellent opportunity for a driven and organised Project Manager with experience overseeing fire alarms, CCTV, access control, intruder alarms, and integrated security systems from pre-start through to completion.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Fire & Security Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for managing multiple installation projects, ensuring they are delivered safely, on time, within budget, and to the highest standards.\n\nYou’ll work closely with clients, engineers, subcontractors, and internal teams to ensure seamless project delivery and excellent customer satisfaction.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nManage fire & security projects from inception to handover\nOversee installation teams and subcontractors on-site\nEnsure projects are delivered on time and within budget\nCoordinate labour, materials, and equipment requirements\nMonitor project progress and resolve issues proactively\nEnsure all works comply with industry regulations and standards\nBuild and maintain strong client relationships throughout delivery\nRequirements\n\nPrevious experience as a Project Manager within the Fire & Security industry\nStrong knowledge of fire alarms, CCTV, access control, and intruder systems\nExperience managing multiple projects simultaneously\nExcellent communication and organisational skills\nAbility to manage engineers, subcontractors, and stakeholders effectively\nStrong commercial awareness and problem-solving ability\nKnowledge of relevant industry standards and health & safety regulations\nFull UK driving licence – SER-IN\nContact Joe Reed at SER Ltd for more information
