Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen for an experienced Project Manager to join a growing SME residential developer on a live scheme in London.\n\nThe current project is an RC frame apartment development, already well underway, offering the successful candidate the chance to take ownership mid-way through the build and drive it through to completion.\n\nFollowing the successful delivery of this project, there is a clear pathway to move onto a larger mixed-use development, providing long-term continuity and career progression within the business.\n\nThis role would suit a proactive and driven individual with strong experience delivering residential schemes, particularly RC frame builds, and a track record of managing projects through the construction phase.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * Overseeing the delivery of an RC frame apartment scheme\n\n * Managing programme, budget, and quality throughout the build\n\n * Coordinating site teams, subcontractors, and consultants\n\n * Driving the project through to successful completion\n\nRequirements:\n\n * Proven experience as a Project Manager within residential construction\n\n * Strong knowledge of RC frame developments\n\n * Ability to manage live construction projects effectively\n\n * Excellent organisational and communication skills\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join an SME developer with a strong pipeline and be part of delivering high-quality residential and mixed-use schemes.\n\nIf you are interested in learning more, please get in touch
