Job Description

Project Manager | London \n£100,000 - £120,000 + Benefits\nOur client, a leading Tier 1 main contractor with over 70 years’ experience across Ireland and the UK, delivers high-quality, sustainable projects within residential, commercial, education and healthcare sectors. Their UK portfolio includes major mixed-use and residential-led schemes, including high-rise developments and large-scale regeneration projects in London.\nThe Role\nAs Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for delivering a project from pre-construction through to handover, ensuring targets across Health & Safety, Quality, Budget and Programme are achieved. You will lead the project team, coordinate design and technical inputs, and act as the primary liaison between client, consultants and subcontractors.

Strong leadership, programme management and technical oversight are essential.\nKey Responsibilities\n• Lead project delivery from pre-start to completion\n• Manage planning, programme, procurement, logistics and M&E integration\n• Monitor progress using Asta Powerproject or MS Project\n• Identify and mitigate risks, maintaining accurate reporting\n• Oversee design coordination, technical submissions and approvals\n• Ensure compliance with Building Safety Act 2022 and CDM 2015\n• Chair site and quality meetings\n• Drive high standards in health & safety and QA (ITPs and audits)\n• Lead, mentor and manage project teams\n• Maintain strong client and stakeholder relationships\n\nSkills & Experience\n• Proven Project Manager experience within a main contractor\n• Strong knowledge of UK construction standards, Building Safety Act 2022 and CDM 2015\n• Proficient in Asta / MS Project and Microsoft Office\n• Excellent leadership and stakeholder management skills\n• Strong organisational and technical ability\n• CSCS card
