Job Description

Project Manager\n\n£48,000 - £60,000\n\n London\n\nThis is a permanent, full-time position with a hybrid working pattern. The role sits within a multidisciplinary building consultancy and involves full ownership of small to medium-sized projects, with direct client-facing responsibility throughout the project lifecycle.\n\n Responsibilities\n\n * Manage projects from inception to completion across all relevant RIBA stages\n\n * Take full responsibility for programme, budget and quality control\n\n * Act as primary client interface and provide clear reporting on risk, cost and programme\n\n * Coordinate consultants, contractors and third-party stakeholders\n\n * Ensure statutory compliance and appropriate contract administration\n\n✅ Requirements\n\n * 3 - 5 years’ Project Management experience within the built environment\n\n * Proven track record delivering projects with full responsibility for outcomes\n\n * Strong understanding of statutory compliance and contract administration\n\n * Confident client-facing communicator with commercial awareness\n\n * Ability to manage multiple instructions concurrently\n\n Package\n\n * £48,000 - £60,000 basic salary\n\n * Car allowance and company/team profit share schemes\n\n * Pension (5% employer contribution), life insurance (2x salary) and private healthcare\n\n * Minimum 25 days’ annual leave plus bank holidays, with option to buy additional leave\n\n * Professional fees paid, hybrid working, iPhone and laptop provided
