Project Manager - Commercial Fit‑Out\n\n£1m-£15m Projects | Central London & Home Counties\n\nAn established and highly regarded commercial fit‑out contractor is looking to appoint an experienced Project Manager to join its main delivery division.\n\nThis is a delivery‑focused role working on well‑run commercial office fit‑out and refurbishment projects, typically £1m-£10m, with larger schemes delivered up to £15m.\n\nThe Role\n\nYou'll take full ownership of projects from pre‑construction through to completion, handover and aftercare, acting as the main point of contact for clients, consultants and site teams.\n\nThis is a hands‑on Project Manager position, suited to someone comfortable running projects end‑to‑end within a professional, well‑resourced main contractor environment.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\nFull lifecycle project delivery from pre‑con through to handover\nActing as the primary client interface\nManaging programme, quality, logistics and health & safety\nLeading subcontractor coordination and site teams\nManaging design development and buildability\nChairing client and progress meetings\nWorking closely with commercial teams on cost control and variations\nManaging snagging, commissioning and close‑out (O&Ms)\n\nIdeal Background\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager for a fit‑out / refurbishment main contractor\nStrong delivery record on commercial Cat A & Cat B office projects\nExperience managing projects in the £1m-£10m+ range\nConfident communicator with strong stakeholder management skills\nOrganised, commercially aware and delivery‑focused\n\nWhat's On Offer\n\nConsistent pipeline of high‑quality commercial work\nProperly structured delivery teams and realistic programmes\nCompetitive salary and package\nLong‑term stability and genuine career progression\n\nEden Brown is committed to equality in the workplace and is an equal opportunity employer
