Project Manager - Office CAT A Fit-Outs\n \nOverview\nWe are seeking an experienced, highly client-facing Project Manager to join a dynamic interior fit-out business with an annual turnover of approximately £20m. The successful candidate will lead delivery of office CAT A projects (£250,000 - £4m), ensuring exceptional service, quality and client satisfaction. The role requires strong leadership, excellent stakeholder engagement and a practical understanding of fit-out delivery.\n \nKey Responsibilities\n \nProject Leadership & Delivery\n\nLead end-to-end delivery of office CAT A fit-out projects from mobilisation through to handover.\nPlan, organise and manage project resources, budgets and programmes to meet contractual, quality and safety deliverables.\nMaintain strict control of project costs and lead value engineering exercises where applicable.Client Relationships & Communication\n\nAct as the principal client contact during project delivery; build and maintain strong client relationships.\nManage regular client and design team meetings, issue clear communication on progress and issues, and drive timely decision-making. \nExperience & Qualifications\n \nEssential\n\nProven track record as a Project Manager on fit-out or interior construction projects, ideally CAT A office schemes within the £250k - £4m range.\nSignificant experience with long tenures at established fit-out or contractor firms\nStrong commercial understanding and contract administration capability.\nExceptional client-facing skillsDesirable\n\nJoiner by trade or strong practical construction background to support technical leadership on site.\nProfessional credentials (e.g., APMP, RICS, CIOB) advantageous. \nGabriele Omarini\n(phone number removed)\n(url removed)
