Intermediate Quantity Surveyor\n\nResidential Developer - 500-Unit Development\n\nLocation: North London\n\nDevelopment: 500 Residential Units\n\nSalary: £50,(Apply online only) - £65,(Apply online only) + package (Permanent)\n\nEmployment Type: Permanent\n\nStart Date: ASAP\n\n________________________________________\n\nThe Opportunity\n\nA well-established residential developer is seeking an Intermediate Quantity Surveyor to join their commercial team on a major 500-unit residential development in North London.\n\nThis role offers the opportunity to take greater ownership of commercial packages while continuing to develop under the guidance of a Senior or Project Quantity Surveyor.
