Project Manager – Roofing & Cladding (European Projects)\nLocation: Projects across Europe\nSalary: Competitive, depending on experience\nStart Date: ASAP\n\nWe’re recruiting for a well-established company that delivers complex roofing and cladding packages on high-profile projects across Europe. They’re looking for an experienced Project Manager who can take the lead on project delivery from early stages through to completion.\n\nAbout the Role\nAs Project Manager, you’ll be responsible for overseeing all aspects of roofing and cladding packages, ensuring projects are delivered safely, on time, and to the quality clients expect. You’ll manage planning, coordination, budgets, and stakeholder relationships while guiding site teams through the full project lifecycle.\n\nYour responsibilities will include:\n\nLeading project planning, scheduling, and coordination activities\n\nManaging site teams, subcontractors, suppliers, and logistics\n\nTracking progress, overseeing budgets, and ensuring work aligns with programme deadlines\n\nMaintaining strong communication with clients, consultants, and the project team\n\nEnsuring full compliance with safety standards and project documentation\n\nProactively identifying challenges and driving solutions to keep the project on track\n\nWhat We’re Looking For\n\nProven experience managing roofing and/or cladding projects\n\nStrong leadership and a calm, solutions-driven approach\n\nAbility to manage multiple stakeholders across different locations\n\nExcellent communication, organisation, and commercial awareness\n\nA European passport is desirable but not required\n\nWhy This Opportunity Stands Out\nYou’ll be joining a company with a strong reputation, long-term project pipeline, and supportive leadership.
