Your Role: Project Manager

As a Project Manager, you’ll be the cornerstone of successful project execution—from estimating to delivery. You’ll coordinate teams, manage budgets and schedules, and ensure project excellence every step of the way.

Primary Responsibilities:

• Develop accurate budgets using historical data and real-time cost insights

• Manage internal and subcontractor labor across multiple job sites

• Track milestones, quality, and compliance across project lifecycles

• Conduct site visits to ensure correct field methods and active communication

• Deliver timely reports and verified project deliverables

• Represent Our Client with professionalism at job sites and client meetings

• Support and mentor team members, fostering growth and collaboration

What You’ll Need to Succeed

Education & Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, Architecture, Finance, or Accounting ()

• 3+ years of Project Management experience, including estimating background

• 2+ years in an assistant estimator or similar role

• MBA is a plus

Key Skills & Attributes:

• Must have experience with a commercial drywall subcontractor or self-performing GC

• Excellent organizational and leadership skills

• Strong marketing, sales, or client development instincts

• Self-motivated with a proven ability to thrive under pressure

• High level of accountability, professionalism, and integrity

• Comfortable working at job sites and in-office settings
