Job Title: Project Manager / Project Director – High-Rise Developments\nLocation: London\nStart Date: ASAP\nSalary: Negotiable (competitive, based on experience)\n\nAbout the Role\n\nWe are seeking an experienced Project Manager / Project Director to lead the delivery of major high-rise construction projects in London, from early planning through to final handover. This is a senior position suitable for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, has a strong track record delivering complex multi-storey developments, and can drive excellence across all stages of the project lifecycle.\n\nKey Responsibilities\n\n * \n\n Lead all phases of high-rise construction projects, from pre-construction and procurement to delivery, commissioning, and completion.\n\n * \n\n Manage project teams, contractors, and consultants to ensure alignment with programme, quality, safety, and budget targets.\n\n * \n\n Oversee project planning, scheduling, budgeting, risk management, and progress reporting.\n\n * \n\n Maintain strong communication with stakeholders, including clients, local authorities, designers, and supply chain partners.\n\n * \n\n Ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, industry standards, and best practice.\n\n * \n\n Solve complex site and design challenges to maintain project momentum.\n\n * \n\n Foster a high-performance, collaborative, and safety-driven culture.\n\nRequirements\n\n * \n\n Proven experience overseeing high-rise or large-scale residential/commercial projects from start to finish.\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership skills with the ability to coordinate multidisciplinary teams.\n\n * \n\n Excellent commercial awareness and contract management capabilities (e.g., JCT, NEC).\n\n * \n\n Outstanding communication and stakeholder-management skills.\n\n * \n\n Ability to work under pressure and drive successful outcomes on tight programmes.\n\n * \n\n Relevant qualifications in construction, engineering, or project management ( but not essential if experience is strong).\n\nWhat We Offer\n\n * \n\n Highly competitive, negotiable salary based on experience.\n\n * \n\n Opportunity to lead landmark projects in the London skyline.\n\n * \n\n Long-term career development and progression for high performers.\n\n * \n\n Supportive, professional working environment with a focus on quality and innovation
