We are representing a leading construction firm seeking Senior Project Managers to join their team. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers a competitive base salary, annual performance incentives, and long-term stability. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in MEP construction, with experience managing large-scale projects valued at $2M+.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects from planning through closeout.

• Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and engineers to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

• Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to maintain project flow and accuracy.

• Collaborate with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.

• Track project performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

• Support operational leadership by mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with company standards.

Qualifications:

• Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

• 5–10 years of experience in construction project management.

• Strong understanding of complex MEP systems.

• Background in manufacturing or electrical projects .

• Technical aptitude with ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications.

• Proven success managing projects $2M+ in value.

• Data center project experience is a plus, but not required.
