Job DescriptionJob DescriptionSummary:
We are representing a leading construction firm seeking Senior Project Managers to join their team. This position reports directly to the Operations Manager and offers a competitive base salary, annual performance incentives, and long-term stability. The ideal candidate brings a strong technical background in MEP construction, with experience managing large-scale projects valued at $2M+.
Key Responsibilities:

Manage all phases of commercial and industrial construction projects from planning through closeout.

Lead and coordinate field teams, subcontractors, and engineers to meet schedule, budget, and quality goals.

Oversee procurement, submittals, RFIs, and change orders to maintain project flow and accuracy.

Collaborate with clients, designers, and internal teams to ensure alignment on scope and deliverables.

Track project performance metrics, identify risks, and implement corrective actions.

Support operational leadership by mentoring junior team members and ensuring compliance with company standards.
Qualifications:

Master’s degree or bachelor’s degree from an accredited college or university.

5–10 years of experience in construction project management.

Strong understanding of complex MEP systems.

Background in manufacturing or electrical projects .

Technical aptitude with ability to read and interpret detailed drawings and specifications.

Proven success managing projects $2M+ in value.

Data center project experience is a plus, but not required.
