My client is expanding their pre-construction team, creating an exciting opportunity to join a growing department where your technical skills will directly shape major construction projects from the ground up. This is your chance to work on diverse schemes where you'll be involved right from the programming and logistics stage through to developing comprehensive construction methodologies. As a Project Manager, you'll take ownership of programming projects, crafting compelling logistics proposals, and developing detailed construction methods and team structures that form the foundation of successful builds. Your proficiency with Microsoft Office will be put to excellent use, and if you have experience with Bluebeam or 4 Projects, that's a bonus – though full training is available for the right person. This is a role where your written and verbal communication skills will shine as you present proposals and collaborate across departments. Those with strong organisational abilities and a natural aptitude for working both independently and within a collaborative team environment will thrive in this position.
