Project Manager in Dallas

AEB Strategic Talent, a Recruiting firm specializing in the AEC Community, is representing a fine custom home builder based in the Park Cities Dallas area, called Tatum Brown. We are searching for Project Managers. The work ranges from $7M to $35M, averaging around 15,000 SF, and demands the same sophistication you’d find in complex commercial construction - but with a level of ownership, visibility, and client interaction that commercial may not offer.

This is not for candidates who have only worked in homebuilding.

The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, coordinating, and implementing projects within the decided-upon budget, timeline, and scope. They will also effectively monitor and present project updates to relevant stakeholders, clients, or project team members.

Responsibilities

• Set project timeline

• Monitor project deliverables

• Update relevant stakeholders or team members on the project progress

• Coach and support project team members with tasks you assign them

Qualifications

\n

\n

\n
• Bachelor's Degree or equivalent experience

\n

• 5+professional years in complex construction

\n

• Strong business acumen in project planning and management

\n

• Strong verbal, written, and organizational skills

\n

\n

\n
