Job Description

Role: Project Manager - Fit-Outs\nLocation: Croydon \nSalary: £60,000 - 65k -  per annum \nContract Type: Permanent\n\nAre you an experienced Project Manager with a strong track record in shop fitting in restaurants, bars and catering facilities?\n\nWe’re looking for a driven and detail-focused professional to oversee the delivery of high-quality fit-out projects for leading commercial clients.\n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a growing team working on fast-paced, commercial catering environments, where precision, compliance, and client satisfaction are key.\n\nThe Role\n\nAs Project Manager, you will take full ownership of projects from concept through to handover, ensuring they are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest standard.\n\nYou’ll coordinate with design teams, suppliers, and contractors to create state-of-the-art kitchen and canteen spaces for corporate, hospitality, education, and healthcare environments.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage end-to-end kitchen and canteen fit-out projects.\n\nOversee site activities, ensuring strict compliance with H&S regulations, food-safe installation standards, and building control requirements.\n\nManage budgets, programmes, and project resources effectively.\n\nLiaise with clients, architects, designers, and contractors to maintain seamless project delivery.\n\nCoordinate specialist subcontractors, including M&E, refrigeration, joinery, and catering equipment suppliers.\n\nEnsure all works meet HACCP, fire safety, and compliance standards.\n\nDeliver high-quality project handovers with full O&M documentation.\n\nEssential Requirements\n\nSMSTS (Site Management Safety Training Scheme) – Must Have\n\nBlack CSCS Card – Must Have\n\nFirst Aid at Work Certificate – Must Have\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager in shop fitting, commercial kitchens, or hospitality fit-outs.\n\nStrong knowledge of commercial catering equipment, M&E integration, and health & safety compliance.\n\nExcellent leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills.\n\nAbility to manage multiple fast-track projects simultaneously.\n\nCommercial awareness and strong budget management skills.\n\nWhy Join The Team?\n\nWork on exciting, high-profile projects with blue-chip clients.\n\nJoin a growing company with clear progression opportunities.\n\nCompetitive salary and comprehensive benefits package.\n\nPlease contact Joe Firth of 300 North or email (url removed)
