This person will manage the failed inspections tracking the forecasting, 2200 inspections

Job Duties

• Assist in coordinating cross-bore inspection projects from planning to execution.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure project milestones are met.
• Provide administrative support for project documentation and reporting.
• Assist in scheduling cross bore inspections and field activities.
• Learn and utilize relevant software and tools for project coordination.
• Participate in project meetings and communicate project updates.
• Develop a foundational understanding of cross-bore project management principles.
• Ensure compliance with safety protocols and regulations.
• Independently coordinate and manage cross bore inspection projects.
• Monitor project timelines, budgets, and deliverables.
• Collaborate with regulatory agencies and industry organizations on compliance.
• Lead cross bore inspection teams and field activities.
• Utilize advanced project management software and tools.
• Mentor and guide junior project coordination staff.
• Contribute to process improvements and best practices in project coordination.
• Provide expertise in cross-bore project management and safety practices.
