Project Manager\nCivil Engineering\nCoventry\n£60,000 - £70,000+ (DOE)\n\nThe Company:\nAre you a Project Manager looking for a new role? An exciting opportunity has come about for an individual within the Coventry area to join a well-established and highly regarded Contractor who have been delivering lasting impact for clients within the Civil Engineering sector for a number of years. \n\nThis is a fantastic opportunity to join a leading Civil Engineering Contractor with a strong reputation for delivering high-quality projects.
If you are a highly motivated Project Manager looking for your next challenge, we want to hear from you!\n\nAbout The Role:\nAs the Project Manager, you will play an integral role in the management, direction, and successful completion of our Civil Engineering projects. You will work closely with the Quantity Surveyors and Site Teams and take responsibility for the overall delivery of the project to budget, quality and time scales.\n\nSchemes include regional Civils works such as Highways, Roads, 278s, Footbridges, Cycleways, Earthworks, Drainage, Structures, etc.\n\nKey Responsibilities include:\n•\tFull operational responsible for the project\n•\tConducting regular client meetings updating on progress\n•\tManagement of all site team\n•\tProducing Programmes of work\n\nAbout You:\n•\tPrevious experience as a Project Manager\n•\tPrevious experience on Civil Engineering schemes £2 Million +\n•\tPrevious experience working for a Regional Contractor or Main Contractor\n•\tLive or able to commute to Coventry\n•\tExperience of working on NEC Form of Contract\n\nWhat’s on Offer:\n•\tCompetitive Salary of £60,000 - £70,000 (DOE) +\n•\tCar Allowance / Company Car\n•\tCompany Pension\n•\t25 days holiday + Bank Holidays\n•\tPrivate Healthcare\n•\tProgression & Growth\n\nIf you’re interested in the role or have any further questions, please apply or contact me via (url removed)
