I am working with a well-established Consultancy based near Covent Gardens, who are searching for a professional Project Manager that has strong exposure to delivering schemes from Inception-Completion in the Healthcare, Life Science and Residential sectors. The Company that the Project Manager will join: The Project Manager will be joining a medium sized consultancy that have 5 offices in the UK and are renowned for delivering exceptional schemes within the Healthcare, Life Science and Residential sectors. The Project Manager will be experienced running the whole lifecycle of schemes including New Builds and Refurbishments in the London region. The Project Manager role: The Project Manager will be responsible for overseeing the full lifecycle of projects from start-finish and managing junior Project Managers. The Project Manager will be working alongside a dedicated Senior Project Manager, an Associate Director and there is a Project Director that will be present on a daily basis overseeing the delivery of projects. The Project Manager will be delivering schemes that will have contract values ranging between £25m-£75m. You will be responsible for: Collaborating with whole Project Management team to drive schemes forward to completion Communicating with external parties such as contractors and sub-contractors Communicating on a daily basis with internal members like Cost Consultants, Architects and Building Surveyors Provide support/mentorship to junior Project Managers Reporting progress to the Senior Project Managers with updates on projects Support the Senior Project Manager with reviewing costs regularly to ensure Schemes are within Budget constraints Arranging meetings with clients Ensure all works are compliant with safety and quality standardsProject Manager requirements: Previous experience working for a Consultancy Experience delivering schemes in Healthcare, Life Science or Residential sector MRICS or MAPM Chartered is BSc/MSc Construction Management Ability to manage Schemes simultaneously Driving Licence and access to a car would be useful Strong communication and interpersonal skillsWhat would be offered: £55,000-£65,000 per annum salary package 25 days annual leave bank holiday Hybrid working 14% bonus scheme Work Laptop / Phone Strong pension contribution Positive work environment APC Mentorship Quarterly company eventsIf you are a Project Manager who is searching for an exciting opportunity within a medium sized consultancy, please contact Luca Beltrami at Ernest and Florent.
