Project Manager (Field Operations)

Crows Foot Co. – Custom Masonry

Crows Foot Co. is a high-end masonry company specializing in custom stone and brickwork. We are seeking a bilingual (English/Spanish) Project Manager to oversee daily field logistics and ensure our crews are operating at maximum efficiency.

This role is hands-on and field-focused—responsible for coordinating materials, communicating with crews, and keeping multiple job sites running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Coordinate daily with crew leaders to understand material and job site needs
• Communicate in both English and Spanish with crews, suppliers, and internal team
• Manage logistics for material deliveries, pickups, and staging across job sites
• Work closely with our driver(s) to ensure timely and accurate deliveries
• Verify all materials and orders for accuracy before distribution
• Anticipate needs and proactively solve problems to prevent job site delays
• Maintain organization of tools, equipment, and materials at the shop and on site
• Assist with light labor, loading/unloading, and job site support as needed

Requirements

• Fluent in both English and Spanish (required)
• Strong organizational and communication skills
• Ability to manage multiple moving parts across several job sites
• Problem-solver with a proactive mindset
• Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
• Comfortable in a hands-on role, including lifting and moving materials
• Construction or field experience
