Position Summary

The Project Manager oversees a diverse team of Date Processors and Traffic Data Collection technicians providing accurate traffic data used by local, state, and federal agencies as well as private engineering firms to enhance roadway safety and operational efficiency.

As Project Manager the ideal candidate will be responsible for:

• Effectively communicating with clients ensuring excellent customer satisfaction
• Leading, developing, inspiring, and motivating a diverse, inclusive, and high performing collaborative team enabling a growth-mindset for all team members
• Creating a supportive work environment for all data analysts and traffic data collection technicians working on the project by promoting open communication and collaboration
• Processing all types of traffic studies and preparing reports for submission the client
• Performing extensive QA/QC to ensure we are supplying clients with accurate data
• Ensuring all project milestones and objectives are met on-time and within budget
• Training new team members whenever the need for additional support arises
• Traveling on short-notice whenever in-person meetings are requested

Success will evidence itself in the following ways:

• Meet all Project Milestones while providing data of the highest quality
• Increase productivity and/or accuracy of the Traffic Data Collection Technicians and Data Processors
• Decrease turn-around time from field collection to data submission

You bring to the organization the following competencies:

• BS or higher in GIS or equivalent 3 years of related GIS/ESRI experience
• Proven management experience
• Strong Interpersonal skills with the ability to grow and lead a team of diverse individuals with different learning styles
• Strong time management and organization skills
• Flexible and able to perform in a fast paced ever changing environment
• Proficient with MS Office Suite
• Location: McDonough, GA
• Travel requirement: 5%
