Rockland Sports Construction is currently looking for a full time Project Manager to join our team in support of our growing construction business.

Rockland Sports Construction is a rapidly expanding construction company specializing in the design and development of racquet sport courts—including tennis, pickleball, and paddle—as well as a wide range of sports and recreation facilities. Backed by an experienced leadership team and a strong growth strategy, we are seeking a Project Manager to oversee and deliver high-quality projects that meet the evolving needs of our clients and communities.

As a Project Manager, you will play a critical role in coordinating all phases of construction, from planning and scheduling to execution and close-out. You will ensure projects are delivered on time, within budget, and to the highest industry standards while managing subcontractors, vendors, and client expectations. The main responsibilities of this role will be:

• Owns the project(s) from all aspects. 
• Create all-inclusive construction schedules in Microsoft Project format.
• Develop strong relationships to ensure close collaboration and communication with owners, decision-makers, influencers, architects, engineers, code and enforcement officials, and other external customers critical to a project's success.
• Create and maintain positive relationships with subcontractors and vendors.
• Monitor project costs to keep the project within budget, including labor budgets, allowances, and contingencies.
• Monitor and maintain the procurement schedule, proactively identifying and resolving problems. Track the schedule's status weekly and make timely and accurate updates and adjustments.
• Execute consistent systems, processes, and personnel necessary to ensure customer satisfaction and the desired profits for the customers and projects responsible.
• Adhere to and promote risk management and safety policies and procedures and partner with the Superintendent(s) to ensure compliance.
• Ensure that all work done is in accordance with OSHA, Rockland Sports, and customer safety requirements. 
• Responsible for customer relationships and developing plans to meet or exceed customer requirements.

The successful candidate will have/be:

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Proficient in the following software: MS Office: MS Excel, MS Word, MS PowerPoint, Project and MS Outlook.
• Fundamental experience using databases.

Education/Experience:

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering, Construction Management, or a related field, or 5 years of experience in project management is .
