We work closely with architects and designers to deliver thoughtful, well-executed projects with a strong emphasis on craftsmanship, communication, and client experience.

The Role

We are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from permit in hand through final completion.

This role is ideal for a builder who:

• Knows how to run a clean, organized jobsite
• Communicates clearly with clients and subcontractors
• Takes pride in quality and accountability
• Wants to focus on building — not estimating, chasing permits, or office admin

You will manage day-to-day construction operations while being supported by a Project Coordinator and office team.

Responsibilities

• Manage residential construction projects from start to finish
• Coordinate subcontractors, inspections, and jobsite schedules
• Oversee quality control and ensure work meets Tower 3 standards
• Track project progress, budgets, and timelines
• Communicate regularly with clients regarding construction progress
• Lead weekly jobsite planning and problem-solving
• Manage punch lists and project close-outs
• Collaborate with internal team members to keep projects running smoothly

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience managing residential construction projects
• Strong understanding of building methods, sequencing, and subcontractor coordination
• Experience with renovations, additions, and/or custom homes
• Excellent communication and organizational skills
• Ability to manage multiple projects calmly and effectively
• High attention to detail and quality standards
• Professional, respectful approach with clients and trade partners
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record

Compensation & Benefits

• Salary: $75,000 - $95,000 (commensurate with experience)
