Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and experienced Construction Project Manager to oversee and manage various construction projects from start to completion. The ideal candidate will possess a strong background in construction management, and effective team coordination. This role requires proficiency in construction management and a solid understanding of construction processes, ensuring projects are delivered on time, within scope, and in compliance with quality standards.

Duties

• Lead and manage construction projects, ensuring adherence to timelines and budgets.
• Coordinate with architects, engineers, contractors, and other stakeholders to facilitate project execution when needed.
• Conduct regular site visits to monitor progress, address issues, and ensure compliance with safety regulations.
• Review blueprints, schematics, and contracts to ensure accurate execution of project plans when necessary.
• Manage project documentation including contracts, change orders, and progress reports when applicable.
• Implement effective time management strategies to optimize resource allocation in the field.
• Work closely with office manager/scheduling manager to ensure effective communication about projects.

Requirements

• Proven experience in construction management or project management within the construction industry.
• Excellent blueprint reading skills with a keen eye for detail in schematics.
• Demonstrated ability to manage field workers on multiple projects simultaneously while maintaining high-quality standards.
• Strong time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
• Exceptional communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and stakeholders.
• A solid understanding of contracts related to construction projects.
• Spanish or some Spanish ( but not required)
