Job Title: Construction Project Manager (Residential)

Location: Nassau & Suffolk County, NY
Employment Type: Full-time

Job Summary:

We are seeking a skilled and organized Construction Project Manager to oversee residential construction projects from planning through completion. The ideal candidate will manage timelines, budgets, subcontractors, and client communication to ensure high-quality delivery on schedule.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan, coordinate, and supervise residential construction projects
• Manage project schedules, budgets, and resources
• Communicate with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers
• Ensure compliance with building codes, safety regulations, and company standards
• Conduct site visits and inspections to monitor progress and quality
• Resolve issues and delays promptly to keep projects on track
• Prepare and maintain project documentation and reports

Qualifications:

• Minimum 1 year of experience in residential construction project management
• Strong understanding of construction methods, materials, and regulations
• Excellent organizational and leadership skills
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical documents
• Proficient in project management software and tools
• Legal work status in the U.S.
• References and background check required

Skills:

• Experience managing multiple projects simultaneously
• Strong negotiation and problem-solving abilities
• Familiarity with local building codes in Nassau and Suffolk Count
