Experienced Project Manager skilled in planning, coordinating, and managing commercial construction projects from start to finish. Strong ability to read drawings, manage schedules, coordinate subcontractors, track budgets, handle RFIs/submittals, communicate with clients, and ensure projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Responsible for overseeing daily project operations, maintaining communication between owners, architects, engineers, subcontractors, and field teams, and making sure quality standards and contract requirements are met. Strong problem-solving, leadership, organization, and decision-making skills.
