Requirements: The Project Manager works primarily in the Fayetteville office but also travels to construction sites and supply houses in Northwest Arkansas.

About us: D&W Contractors is a residential and commercial full-service general contractor with over 35 years of experience. We specialize in high quality remodels, new custom homes and are equipped to handle every phase of construction.

About the role: The Project Manager is responsible for developing cost estimates and schedules for construction projects, obtaining permits, ordering construction products, and tracking and reporting on project progress and budgets.

Responsibilities:

● Communicate with clients, architects, vendors, and subcontractors to develop cost estimates and make adjustments as needed throughout a project.

● Analyze blueprints and other documentation to prepare time, cost, materials, and labor estimates/work orders.

● Monitor costs incurred during project to identify budget issues.

● Plan, schedule, and coordinate construction project subcontractors and materials to establish timelines and meet deadlines.

● Communicate with Construction Superintendents to monitor project milestones and deliverables.

● Request and review project updates to ensure deadlines are met.

● Confer with supervisors, clients, contractors, or design professionals to discuss and resolve matters related to the project.

● Apply for and obtain necessary city permits and compliances.
● Build window and door orders using vendor software.
● Work with clients to establish material decisions.
● Complete weekly progress reports for each project using spreadsheets to share with clients and associates.

Minimum:Valid driver’s license.
Qualifications: Skilled at using Microsoft Office products.
Requirements:

● Ability to use spreadsheets, such as Microsoft Excel or Google Sheets.
● Ability to read and comprehend construction blueprints.
● Knowledge of building and construction materials, methods, and tools.
● Ability to work independently.
● Ability to proactively identify issues to be addressed and persist until a solution is reached.
● Ability to collaborate and work as a team.
● Ability and willingness to receive and give constructive criticism.

● Organization skills.
● Time management skills.
● Attention to detail.
● Reliable, responsible, and dependable.

: Associate’s or Bachelor’s Degree in Construction
Qualifications: Management, Project Management, or related field.
Requirements:

Experience in project management, construction, or related field.
● Skilled at using Buildertrend, Excel or related software.

Pay based on experience.
