Permanent D&B Fit-Out Project Manager Opportunity\n\nThe Company\n• Exciting and growing commercial fit-out and refurbishment contractor operating across London in the D&B market\n• Trading for 5 years and building a strong reputation within the commercial workspace sector\n• Delivering CAT A & CAT B projects typically ranging from £0–£5m\n• Known for delivering high-quality workplace environments for commercial clients\n• Specialising in Design & Build projects, managing schemes from concept through to completion\n\nThe Role\n• Manage multiple commercial fit-out & D&B projects up to £5m in value\n• Involved across pre-construction and project delivery\n• Support pre-contract activity, tenders and client interviews\n• Oversee site delivery through to completion and handover\n• Coordinate internal teams, consultants and subcontractors to ensure successful delivery and client satisfaction\n\nPackage\n• Competitive base salary and performance-related bonus\n• Excellent opportunity for career progression within a growing company
