Job Description

Project Manager – Construction | £150m Student Accommodation | West London\nCJS Recruitment are seeking an experienced Project Manager to oversee a £150m student accommodation new-build project in West London. This role will give you the chance to manage all stages of a large-scale construction project in the residential sector.\nThis is a Permanent Position with a salary of £60,00 - £85,000 (depending on how many years of project management experience the applicant holds)\nResponsibilities:\n * Oversee site operations, building services and health and safety compliance\n * Manage subcontractors, procurement, materials, installations and drawings\n * Track project progress, key milestones, budgets and labour forecasts\n * Represent the company on site and maintain excellent client and subcontractor relationships\n * Ensure smooth project handover and aftercare\nRequirements:\n * White or Black CSCS Card and SMSTS Certification (essential)\n * Proven experience delivering residential and new-build projects\n * Strong leadership and team management skills\n * Excellent planning, organisation and prioritisation abilities\nHit apply if this role sounds like a good fit for you
