SYZYGY Global, a luxury outdoor living brand redefining the pergola experience, is seeking a high-level Project Manager to drive the execution of our projects with precision, urgency, and excellence. What You’ll Own

Full Lifecycle Project Management

• Own a portfolio of 70+ active projects across all phases: design, permitting, delivery, installation, and closeout
• Ensure every project enters permitting within 30 days of contract execution
• Drive all projects toward completion within a 180-day timeline, eliminating delays and downtime
• Maintain momentum across all phases—not just active construction
• Track product orders, delivery timelines, and installation readiness to ensure seamless execution

Client Communication & Experience

• Serve as the primary point of contact for all clients throughout the lifecycle of the project
• Conduct weekly calls with every client—no project goes untouched
• Provide proactive updates, manage expectations, and build excitement at every milestone
• Communicate immediately when product is ordered, including timelines and next steps
• Follow up on all client deliverables (approvals, payments, selections) with urgency—aiming for same-day resolution
• Perform same-day client check-ins after any field activity to ensure satisfaction
• Deliver a high-touch, luxury experience that drives referrals and 5-star reviews

Project Flow, Timelines & Financial Oversight

• Operate with a one-piece flow mindset—ensuring continuous progress with zero stagnation
• Coordinate closely with Design, Project Coordinators, Field Teams, and Accounting
• Track billing milestones, initiate payment requests, and ensure all change orders are executed and collected
• Support accurate mid-project draws and final closeout payments
• Ensure projects are completed, signed off, and closed out cleanly and efficiently

Salesforce & Operational Discipline

• Own Salesforce as the source of truth for all projects
• Log all updates, communications, and next steps with precision
• Create and manage tasks for weekly client calls, project milestones, and follow-ups
• Review dashboards daily to identify stalled projects or outstanding actions
• Maintain clean, accurate systems to support visibility and cross-team alignment

What You Bring

• 5+ years of project management experience in construction or a related field
• Proven ability to manage a high volume of projects simultaneously (50+ )
• Strong understanding of permitting, construction workflows, and project lifecycles
• Exceptional organizational and time management skills
• High sense of urgency and accountability—strong follow-through is non-negotiable
• Experience working with CRM systems (Salesforce )
• Strong communication skills with a client-first mindset
• Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, high-performance environment

Position Details

• Full-Time, In-Office Only (Monday – Friday, 8:00 AM – 5:00 PM)
• Must be authorized to work in the United States
• Salary: $75,000–$90,000/year based on experience + perks & benefits
