With a strong pipeline of public and private sector projects, we are seeking a talented Construction Project Manager to join our professional team and help shape the built environment with innovation, precision, and integrity.\n\nThe Role:\n As a Construction Project Manager, you will play a key role in the successful planning and delivery of a variety of construction projects. You’ll be responsible for managing projects from inception to completion, ensuring delivery on time, within scope and budget, and to the highest standards.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\nLead and manage construction projects through all RIBA stages\nAct as the principal point of contact for clients, contractors, and consultants\nDevelop and maintain project programmes, cost plans, and risk registers\nMonitor project progress and manage performance to ensure key milestones are met\nProduce clear and concise project reports for stakeholders\nEnsure compliance with all relevant legislation, contract terms, and health & safety requirements\nAbout You:\n\nProven experience as a Project Manager within a consultancy or client-side role\nBackground in construction, architecture, civil engineering, or a related field\nExcellent understanding of project management tools and methodologies\nStrong leadership, communication, and stakeholder management skills\nMRICS, MCIOB, MAPM or working towards chartership is desirable\nA proactive and solution-focused approach with attention to detail\nFull UK driving licence and willingness to travel within the South West
