Project Manager - Construction – Join Our Team!
Location: Columbia, SC
Full-Time | $50,000-$80,000 base salary + bonus/incentive package

What You’ll Do:
As a Project Manager, you’ll oversee construction projects from planning through completion — coordinating between field crews, subcontractors, and clients to ensure every project is delivered safely, on time, and on budget.
Your Day-to-Day:
- Plan, organize, and manage all aspects of construction projects from pre-construction to closeout
- Coordinate labor, subcontractors, materials, and inspections to ensure timely project delivery
- Develop and maintain project schedules and budgets
- Communicate and collaborate with homeowners, property managers, adjusters, and vendors
- Conduct site visits to monitor progress, safety compliance, and quality control
- Approve subcontractor invoices and monitor job costs
- Track and resolve change orders, delays, or issues promptly and professionally
- Maintain accurate project documentation (photos, logs, updates)
- Ensure compliance with applicable codes, permits, and OSHA standards
- Partner with estimators, office staff, and field crews to achieve project goals
What We’re Looking For:
- 3+ years of project management experience in general contracting, construction, restoration
- Existing relationships with local subcontractors
- Strong knowledge of residential and commercial construction practices and timelines
- Ability to read blueprints, interpret scopes of work, and assist with estimating
- Proven track record managing multiple jobs simultaneously
- Proficiency with estimating software (Xactimate, CoreLogic, or similar)
- Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
but Not Required:
- Experience with insurance restoration (water, fire, storm)
- OSHA 10/30 certification
- Bilingual in English/Spanish
