Position Summary

We are seeking a motivated and organized Project Manager to oversee commercial interior construction projects from start to finish. The ideal candidate will have construction project management experience and a strong understanding of commercial construction practices. Experience in the interior trades, including metal stud framing, drywall, ceilings, insulation, and flooring, is highly .

The Project Manager will be responsible for coordinating project schedules, managing budgets, communicating with customers, and ensuring projects are completed safely, on time, and within budget.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage multiple commercial construction projects simultaneously.
• Coordinate project schedules, manpower, materials, and subcontractors.
• Maintain communication with owners, general contractors, vendors, and field crews.
• Monitor project budgets, costs, and job progress.
• Conduct site visits and attend project meetings as needed.
• Review project plans, specifications, and contract documents.
• Track change orders, requests for information (RFIs), and project documentation.
• Ensure projects meet quality, safety, and customer satisfaction standards.
• Assist with project planning and problem-solving throughout all phases of construction.

Qualifications :

• Previous Project Management experience in construction.

• Experience in commercial interior construction trades, including:- Metal Stud Framing

  • Drywall
  • Insulation
  • Acoustic Ceilings
  • Commercial Flooring

• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and construction drawings.

• Strong organizational and time-management skills.

• Excellent communication and leadership abilities.

• Experience with budgeting, scheduling, and project coordination.

Required:

• Valid driver's license and reliable transportation.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Outlook, Excel, Word).
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
