Project Manager Construction – London Bridge\n\nAre you currently working as a Project Manager within construction, with strong client facing skills and a proven track record of project delivery?\n\nHave you worked on and delivered high value projects (£5 million plus)?\n\nLDNY People are currently working with an award winning construction company, who specialise in hard landscaping on major developments in and around the London area. Their clients are predominantly tier one contractors and large developers.\n\nDue to ongoing work load and project wins they currently have a requirement for a Project Manager, to oversee one of their key projects near London Bridge.\n\nThey can offer a strong pipeline of work, a generous salary package (open to PAYE or self employed) and the chance to work on some of the largest projects in London.\n\nRole requirements:\n\n * You will currently be working as a Construction Project Manager, with previous experience delivering high value packages within the construction sector.\n\n * You will have a background in Civil/Groundworks or hard land scaping, you will have an experienced site team working underneath you so the key with this position is a strong client facing person.\n\n * Experience working with main contractors/large developers would be beneficial.\n\n * A good level of IT and reporting skills is required for this position.\n\n * As a Project Manager, you will be full time site based on site at London Bridge.\n\n * A currently CSCS Card.\n\n * Commutable to London on a daily basis.\n\nIn return, this construction project manager role offers a generous salary (PAYE or self employed) travel expenses, secure long term work and the chance to work on some great projects.\n\nFor more information on this Construction Project Manager position or if you would like to apply, please contact Dean Parry of LDNY People, I am available 7am-7pm Monday to Friday.\n\nKey words: Landscaping Project Manager, Construction Project Manager jobs London, Project Manager jobs hard landscaping
