Project Manager (Construction)
Our client, a respected Main Contractor specialising in industrial and commercial projects, is seeking an experienced Project Manager to lead the delivery of a major Innovation Park development in Newmarket.
This is a fantastic opportunity for a proven Project Manager to join a contractor with an excellent reputation for delivering high-quality schemes. An immediate start is available, with the option of a temp-to-perm pathway for the right candidate.
The Role
As Project Manager, you will take full responsibility for the safe, timely, and successful delivery of the Innovation Park project. You’ll lead the site team, liaise closely with the client and stakeholders, and ensure the project is delivered to the highest standards of quality, budget, and programme.
Key Responsibilities:

Overseeing day-to-day site operations and project delivery

Managing subcontractors, suppliers, and site staff
*
Monitoring programme, cost, and quality to ensure contractual compliance
*
Liaising with clients, consultants, and internal teams
*
Driving health & safety standards on site
The Candidate

Proven track record as a Project Manager within industrial and/or commercial construction
*
Strong leadership, organisation, and client-facing skills
*
Ability to take ownership of a project from start to finish
*
SMSTS, CSCS, First Aid (essential)
