Ridgeway & Co are working with a Tier 1 Main Contractor in their search for a Project Manager to join their London team. This permanent position offers the opportunity to work on complex, high-value developments and grow your career within one of the UK’s top contractors.\n\nKey Responsibilities:\n\n * \n\n Manage construction projects from pre-construction through to completion.\n\n * \n\n Coordinate site teams, subcontractors, and consultants to achieve programme, budget, and quality targets.\n\n * \n\n Monitor project progress, manage risk, and resolve issues proactively.\n\n * \n\n Ensure compliance with Health & Safety and environmental regulations.\n\n * \n\n Lead client and stakeholder meetings, maintaining excellent working relationships.\n\n * \n\n Report on programme and commercial performance to senior management.\n\nRequirements:\n\n * \n\n Proven experience as a Project Manager with a Tier 1 main contractor.\n\n * \n\n Successful track record managing projects of significant scale and complexity.\n\n * \n\n Strong leadership and communication skills with the ability to manage multi-disciplinary teams.\n\n * \n\n Commercially astute with excellent problem-solving ability.\n\n * \n\n Relevant professional qualifications in construction or project management are advantageous
