Description:
CTG is seeking a Project Manager to lead large, complex client programs. This role is responsible for delivering IT, business, and client-specific solutions, managing budgets, schedules, and resources, and ensuring client satisfaction. The Project Manager will coordinate cross-functional teams, mitigate risks, and provide executive-level reporting.

Key Responsibilities:

• Lead complex programs, ensuring successful delivery of services and solutions.

• Manage costs, schedules, contracts, and project milestones.

• Coordinate internal teams, vendors, and subcontractors.

• Identify risks and implement mitigation strategies.

• Develop strategies for large-scale deals and high-value client engagements.

• Represent the organization in executive-level client meetings.

Required Skills & Experience:

• Expertise in project management methodologies and complex program delivery.

• Strong leadership, negotiation, and business acumen.

• Proven experience managing large-scale programs and cross-functional teams.

• Strategic, innovative problem-solving and risk management abilities.

• Exceptional communication and executive presence.

Education:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, IT, or related field; advanced degrees or PMP certification .

Excellent verbal and written English communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group are required.
