Specializing in both commercial and industrial painting, they continue to deliver high-quality finishes on complex projects with integrity, precision, and professionalism. As part of their continued growth, we’re seeking an experienced Commercial Paint Project Manager to lead projects from kickoff through closeout. The ideal candidate will manage multiple commercial and industrial paint projects across the Southeast — ensuring safety, schedule, quality, and budget are all on point. You'll work closely with clients, general contractors, field staff, and vendors to ensure smooth, successful project delivery every time
Key Responsibilities:
- Oversee full lifecycle project management on commercial and industrial painting scopes, from bid review to final punch.
- Plan and manage schedules, manpower, materials, budgets, and change orders.
- Coordinate with superintendents, field crews, and subcontractors across job sites throughout the Southeast.
- Conduct regular site visits and proactively address issues as they arise.
- Maintain strong communication with clients and project stakeholders.
- Ensure safety compliance and enforce best practices on-site.
Ideal Candidate Will Have:
- 3+ years of experience managing commercial and/or industrial paint projects.
- Background in both interior and exterior paint systems, coatings, and surface prep.
- Proven success managing field teams and subcontractors across multiple job sites.
- Ability to handle fast-paced, multi-project environments with confidence.
- Working knowledge of project management tools (e.g., Procore, Bluebeam, Microsoft Office).
- Willingness to travel regionally as needed to support projects.
